Who is she? 💁♀️
Currently leading UX Research at New York Life.
My background
I have my Master’s in Human Computer Interaction and two bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Science and Information Science. I take a multi-disciplinary approach to design & research combining my background of cognitive science, psychology, visual design, and computer science.
Born and raised in Upstate, NY I’m always prepared and adapt quickly to change — with the weather constantly shifting you never know when you’re going to have a sunny afternoon, get caught in a hailstorm or wake up to three feet of snow overnight. I’m a big fan of Syracuse University (SU) basketball, Wegmans, half-moon cookies, and sunsets by the lake.
✨ My philosophy ✨
“I don’t like to do small things. If I’m going to do something, I’m really going to make an impact.”

👩🏫 Women in tech
I'm passionate about breaking the gender gap in technology, advocating, uplifting, and giving opportunities for women to own a permanent seat and a voice at the table. I've worked with Black Girls Code, created two Girls Who Code clubs and spoken on how to empower girls to get into tech to enable others to give young girls and women early access to technology and find confidence in failure.
🍜 Food
If it's edible - I'm a fan. Similar to cats, I’m definitely food motivated. During the week, you can find me grabbing a ‘lil sweet treat before work or boba tea on the way to Astoria Park.
🐾 Cats
The love of my life is an 10-year old black fluffy cat named Miso (he's purrfect).
🎵 Music
My typical rotation lately is The Last Dinner Party , Renee Rapp, and Olivia Rodrigo. Looking forward to seeing Fletcher & The Beaches this summer! If it’s queer, I’m listening.
🤓 Glasses
Eyebuydirect and TIJN fuel my glasses addiction.
